On August 31, 2022, within the framework of the project "Legal Aid to Stateless Persons in Kyzylorda, Zhambyl, Turkestan Oblasts and Shymkent city" implemented in partnership with the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, a holiday event dedicated to Knowledge Day was held at the NGO "Sana Sezim" office.

During the event, 30 undocumented underage children were given certificates for the purchase of stationery. Also at the event one of our young beneficiaries was given the first document in his life - a birth certificate. It is worth mentioning that 695 people, including 116 children, were documented by NGO "Sana Sezim" during the last 3 years. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the representatives of the Commission on Juvenile Affairs at Shymkent City Akimat and the Department of Migration Service of Enbekshy District of Shymkent City Police Department for cooperation and for taking an active part in the event which was unforgettable for children.
