An official visit to the office of NGO "Sana Sezim" from the Office of the U.S. State Department's Office on Monitoring and Combating Trafficking in Persons, Mr. Chane Corp, took place.

During the visit, Mr. Corp was familiarized with the situation of trafficking in Kazakhstan, recent developments in the sphere of trafficking, and the work and interim results of the project "Together against Trafficking through Capacity Building of CSOs", implemented by NGO "Sana Sezim" in Kazakhstan with the support of the US State Department. During the visit, recommendations were also made to improve the situation with respect to human trafficking in the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the end of the visit, the representative of the U.S. Department of State expressed his admiration for the hard work of the organization's staff and the government of Kazakhstan as a whole, and wished further success in combating human trafficking.
