Gender Trainings for Female Leaders Under the financial support of the National Commission on Family and Gender Politics of the Akimat of the South Kazakhstan Region
Project timeline: August 2005 - December 2005
Objectives: To train community and female leaders on gender topics and ethics of non-violence at educational seminars.
Results:
Informed 20 teachers and 400 students on equal rights and opportunities for gender, sensitivity, ethics, and non-violence at seminars in order to enable participants to actively participate in society without stereotypes and complexes.
Distributed 2,000 flyers and brochures to community about gender equality.
