"Gender Equality in Villages in South Kazakhstan" under the financial support of the National Commission on Family and Gender Politics of the Akimat of the South Kazakhstan Region
Project timeline: January 2006 - December 2006
Objective: To conduct training courses on gender education in villages of South Kazakhstan.
Results:
Informed 100 women and 400 children, including teachers and students, on gender equality, gender sensitivity, and ethics of non-violence at seminars.
Distributed 2,000 flyers and brochures to community about gender equality
