Project timeline: June 2007 - June 2008

To provide legal assistance and improve the level of legal knowledge of 10,000 women on their rights and mechanisms of protection.
To conduct information campaigns and hold two summer schools for 40 young people on women's rights, access to justice, and legislations regarding rights violations.
To create a more operative and efficient institutional base to solve the violations of women's rights by increasing awareness and improving of professionalism at organizations.

Improved institutional base for solving women's rights issues and improved professionalism of organizations.
Distributed informational booklets and operated the confidential telephone hotline for the community and 10,000 young women to consult on women's rights violation issues and existing legal and organizational mechanisms.
Trained 40 youth on legal mechanisms protecting women's rights and recruited them as volunteers of NGO "Sana Sezim."
Gave 1,500 women psychological assistance on the confidential hotline.
Consulted 700 women for individual psychological consultations.
Consulted 700 women for individual legal consultations.
