From 24 – 25 June 2016, the training “Gender Statistics: Disaggregation, Collection, Dissemination and Use of data” took place in Almaty. This training was organized and carried out by “UN-Women” in the countries of Central Asia (Kazakhstan).

Purpose of the Training:acquaintance with data of gender statistics, their application for monitoring and development of plans and programs. The information received during the training allowed civil society organizations to create an additional basis for their research and development in promoting gender equality. The training was conducted with the participation of experts of the Committee of Statistics of the Ministry of the National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From the NGO “Sana Sezim” participated – Khadija Abycheva.
