On August 28-30, 2012 On the basis of International Academy of Business in Almaty International ToT was conducted in the framework of the project “Initiative for the development of the organization of civil society in Kazakhstan” with the support of Company “Chevron” Kazakhstan. The organizers of the International ToT were EFCA and Expert Center NGO. The vise- president of NGO “Sana-Sezim” - Shakhnoza Khassanova participated at this training. 

In the ToT target group spoke trainers of NGOs, the head of training organizations, who provide consultation and trainings for the representatives of the third sector.

Three days long ToT was directed to the working out methodical and technical issues  to the work with adult audiences, discussions in the audiences , work with  any audience regardless of category  of complexity, the objects  and tasks of courses for the listeners, organization of the training sessions. During the course were used: individual work and work in groups, question and answer sessions, simulations, short presentations.  The trainer of ToT was Sandrine Delattr , NGO Management School, Geneva. As the result the participants will be able to develop training modules and assessment of the course. It is expected that the participants of the International ToT taking into account the received knowledge will conduct trainings in rural areas till the November 2012.

According to the conducted training two listeners, who provide the best report; will receive scholarship in the amount of $ 350. These funds can be used to conduct trainings in their own non- governmental organizations (particularly for representatives of the rural NGOs), for administrative expenses or acquisition of equipment for the NGOs.
