From 19 to 25 September 2010 an introductory trip to Spain (Madrid, Barcelona cities) for government employees of Republic in Kazakhstan, Khadicha Abysheva, president of NGO «Sana Sezim» has participated in this trip.
   The purpose of the trip is the exchange in the sphere of working migration .In the frames of this trip were organized the meetings with representatives of Spanish Parliament, Ministry of Domestic Affaires, Ministry of Foreign Affaires, Ministry of Health , Ministry of Labor and migration, Committee responsible for the issues of Labor and immigration. The AIDC centre was also in the agenda of places to visit as well as the shelter for refugees.

In frames of these meetings the following issues have been discussed:
• Labor migration in Spain. Control for illegal migration;
• Politics of ES concerning migration issues;
• Strategy of immigration in Spain;
• Public politics in the sphere of health care, medical services and other procedures for migrants;
• Two sides agreements and contracts in the countries of origin;
• Combat with HIV in migration;
• Role of NGO in the process of migration and integration;
• Procedures in the shelters and refugees in Spain;
