On October 20, 2020,a conference of plenipotentiaries of the association was held at Civil Alliance of the city of Shymkent. The reporting conference discussed the activities of NGO members of the association in 2019-2020, including support and assistance provided during the outbreak of COVID-19.

The PA LCWI “Sana Sezim”, a member of the Civil Alliance of the city of Shymkent, had a presentation with current projects and assistance provided to migrants affected by COVID-19. In addition, activities carried out by other members of the association, such as the PA “Women's Council”, PA “Shanyrak”, YA “Dostar”, Businesswomen's Association, “Protection of Children from AIDS”, “Intellect” were presented. The issues of the upcoming 2nd Civil Forum of the city of Shymkent and the 9th Civil Forum of the Republic of Kazakhstan were also discussed.
