Training for young people on prevention of human trafficking

 There were held two trainings for young people within the project "Combating Trafficking in Central Asia, the agency USAID».
January 27th, 2011 The Legal Center For Women's Initiatives "Sana Sezim" conducted a training for young people in South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University.
The purpose of this training was to draw public attention to the progression of human trafficking in Kazakhstan, building practices based on respect and support to young women, rejection of violent relationships and prevention of demand.
January 28, 2011 The Legal Center For Women's Initiatives "Sana Sezim" conducted a training for young men and women in South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University. The purpose of this training was to draw public attention to the progression of human trafficking in the problem of trafficking in Central Asia.
During the training students were shown a video about human trafficking in the world, they actively participated in small group discussions and brainstorming sessions. No one among young people stayed indifferent to this problem. The result of this training has become an active position of each of the participants and understanding that they can change the life of another person and help him if that person is a victim of trafficking.
