Specialists from the PA "Legal Center for Women's Initiatives 'Sana Sezim'" together with the Migration Service, conducted a mobile outreach visit to the city of Turkestan to support people facing challenges related to the lack of identification documents.

During the visit, residents were able to receive:

• consultations on restoring or obtaining identity documents for the first time;
• assistance for individuals with USSR passports, expired IDs, or only a birth certificate;
• clarification of procedures and steps required for documentation.

Such mobile outreach visits are especially important for people who, for various reasons, cannot independently access government services. We will continue carrying out these visits to ensure that as many people as possible can access their rights and essential services.
