On December 14, 2023, the ASTRA network gathered enthusiastic people at the annual meeting. The staff of the PA LCWI “Sana Sezim” were pleased to become part of a community that unites various organizations in Central and Eastern Europe, committed to sexual and reproductive health and rights, stronger than ever.

Duringthese two days, participants shared inspiring stories about their activities over the past year, noted achievements and outlined ambitious plans for the future. One of the highlights was the seminar "Empowerment through Self-Defense" (ESD), where participants learned valuable skills as an essential strategy for preventing violence against women and vulnerable groups. Important topics were also discussed at the meetings: reproductive health, civil and political rights of women. Special sessions and seminars were organized to combat burnout and raise funds, which allowed our activists to continue their incredible work with new strength and resources.
