On August 18, 2023, the III Regional Civil Forum "Challenges of time and the role of youth in change. Youth policy in country and international dimensions". The event brought together leading experts, public figures and youth leaders, as well as high-ranking government and public figures representing a variety of spheres of public life.

The event was attended by high-ranking guests, including the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Darhan Kydyrali and the Akim of Shymkent city Murat Aitenov. The president of the Civic Alliance of Kazakhstan, Banu Nurgazieva, and the chairman of the Shymkent Civic Alliance, Zhumagali Bilisbekov, also spoke at the forum. Particular attention was attracted by the speech of the director of the organization "Sana Sezim" Shakhnoza Khassanova on the topic "Youth and Migration Processes. Trends and prospects in reducing negative consequences". In addition, leaders and active members of non-governmental organizations in Shymkent took an active part in the event.
