On July 13, 2022 representatives of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Almaty were welcomed in the office of the PA LCWI "Sana Sezim". During the reception the issues of migrants from Uzbekistan, documentation and trafficking in persons were discussed.

The representatives of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan shared the news about the opening of the Agency for External Labor Migration under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan in Shymkent city. In the near future migrants from Uzbekistan will be able to receive information and services related to their labor rights and obligations at the Agency in Shymkent city. During the reception our beneficiaries from Uzbekistan, who found themselves in a difficult situation, received individual consultations from representatives of the Consulate General.
