On May 27, 2022 a conference was held in Almaty on the results of a four-year joint program of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the European Union and the Commissioner for Human Rights in Kazakhstan to protect children in migration processes in Kazakhstan. During the conference the results and proposals of model protection services were discussed. As a result of the work of NGOs and the CAU, psychological, social and legal assistance was provided to 1,273 children and humanitarian aid to 869 children. Also trained 630 specialists working with children in migration processes, developed 3 guides and an online course for specialists.

During the conference, specialists who contributed to the successful completion of the project were awarded. Project coordinator and social worker of the PA LCWI "Sana Sezim" Khudaishukurova Raushan was awarded for success in protecting the rights of children in the migration process in the city of Shymkent and Turkistan region.
