On February 24, 2021there was an extended expert meeting of National Network for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights to discuss problematic issues in the documentation of citizens. Representatives of KIBHR, NGO "Sana Sezim" told about the identification campaign conducted in the Republic of Kazakhstan on documentation, about the project implemented jointly with UNHCR.

More than 30 participants from the National Assembly members, experts in the field of protection of the rights of stateless people and interested persons who are not members of the national network took an active part in the discussion of problematic issues of documentation. A number of recommendations were voiced, which subsequently served as the basis for the establishment of a working group on documentation.
