We are conducting information campaigns on combating human trafficking not only in the city of Shymkent, but also in the districts of the Turkestan oblast. On February 18, 2021 lawyers of the PA LCWI "Sana Sezim" and representatives of law enforcement agencies in a mobile group conducted another information campaign in the Otyrar district and Arys city within the pilot project with the support of the IOM, MIA, MLSPA and the General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan.

The staff of local executive authorities, law enforcement and educational institutions learned about the problems of human trafficking, forced labor, criminal legislation and legal acts, providing assistance to victims of human trafficking and contact information for application for assistance. Also, the listeners had the opportunity to ask questions about the explanatory work and informational materials.
