Project Timeline: March 2008 - October 2008
Objectives: "To increase awareness through trainings on religious extremism, causes, and consequences for youth between 12 and 14 years in the South Kazakhstan Region
"To provide alternative activities to prevent and eradicate extremism.

Results:
- Hold two sessions of summer leadership schools for 10 - 20 participants who are active youth leaders in the community and understand non-violence and patriotism.
- Attract youth to alternative activities through the NGO "Sana Sezim" Volunteer Club.
- Create and implement Youth English Club for NGO "Sana Sezim".
- Engage youth in sports and photography workshops.
- Conduct a 10-day National Summer School for most active youth leaders from Shymkent, Taraz, and Kyzylorda.
