January 20, 2020 in the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shymkent the seminar "Anti-corruption expertise of normative legal acts drafts " was held. The event was organized by Fund for Development of Parliamentarism in Kazakhstan, represented by Zauresh Battalova the President of the Fund, as well as the head of the Free Legislation Institute, Mereke Gabdualiyev. The first part of the meeting was dedicated to goals and objectives, the structure and content of anti-corruption expertise, and the second part to corruption factors and a typology of risk factors. Participants were representatives of state bodies, as well as representatives of civil society - members of the National Network of NGOs of Kazakhstan to protect economic, social and cultural rights.
