On July 30, 2019, according to tradition, employees of the NGO Sana Sezim, together with the Organized Crime Control Department of Turkestan Region and Shymkent, as well as the Linear Department of Internal Affairs of Shymkent, conducted a joint campaign among the population in city parks, railway stations, and large shopping centers. This action is aimed at attracting the attention of the general public to the problem of human trafficking and its consequences, the situation of victims of human trafficking and the protection of their rights.

The action is also intended to remind of the importance and the need for coordinated actions in the fight against this phenomenon. Moreover, the action is carried out by partners/lawyers in 11 regions of Kazakhstan as part of the J/TIP project.
