They really found there 27 young women, minors was not among them. They took prostitutes to the police office checked documents and let them go to four sides.  

This operation unexpectedly turned into the problem for the police: why did they invade to the private place. The legislation of Kazakhstan does not punish for the business of prostitution, there is punishment only for the maintenance of brothels and pimping. It is difficult to prove   maintenance of brothels and pimping.  Policemen have tried out the method, when under the guise of customers of sauna the pimp was given the marked money, today, this method does not always work.

Fight the owners of rented apartments for an hour

There are a lot of rented apartments every hour for debauchery in Shymkent.  A friend, whose apartment with three rooms in the eighth district was the only one which was not rented in the stairwell for every hour, got a serious illness because of  sleepless nights and constant stress. At a press conference the head of Internal Affairs, Colonel A. Ospanov, informed that this year all the secondary schools will be staffed with school inspectors in Shymkent.

A number of inspectors will increase at Juvenile Inspection. It means that defenders of children will increase, first of all from disadvantaged families.

Theme of sexual services is from the embarrassing category. It is preferred to be hidden. But the problem exists. And the sex industry grows in the South.
