The Department for Child Protection of the South Kazakhstan jointly with the heads of boarding center rehabilitation of minors, representatives of the Department of Internal Affairs, prosecutors and NGO "Sana Sezim organized the two-days seminars." The participants of the seminar focused on the facts of the sale of children with disabilities, with mental retardation. Effective preventive measures, in their opinion, should be the establishment of legal centers in rural areas, as well as volunteer groups from among the teachers and educators.
