Оn 29-30 May, 2012 in Astana was held the training «Human trafficking: judicial protection of the victims rights» in Academy of public administration at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As organizers of this training OSCEs, participated:  Embassy of the USA, Academy of public administration at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan acted.

Participants of given trainings were judges from various regions of Kazakhstan – students professional development.

On training by the participant trainers were discovered the following subjects:

• The international documents on combating human trafficking. Psychological reactions victims due to the human trafficking. International experience of providing compensations to the victims of human trafficking. – Abysheva Khadicha, President of NGO «Sana  Sezim»
• The problems of provident on the criminal cases connected with human trafficking. – Yurchenko Raisa Nikolaevna, the judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan is in resignation, the doctor of jurisprudence.
• Experience of Turkey: Usage of legal tools in combating human trafficking. Investigatory actions of judgments on the affairs connected with human trafficking. The help to victims of human trafficking during criminal trial. – Ural Sami Sezay, judge of the Supreme Court of Turkey.
• The comparative analysis of jurisprudence on the affairs connected with human trafficking. - Kozhan Tolebay Azhibekovich, judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
