On 11 May, 2012. Confederation of employers (businessmen) of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with Department on protection of the rights of children of South-Kazakhstan Oblast carried out the seminar training «About integration of questions of child labor into plans for education sector» in Shymkent at school #9.

Purpose of carrying out seminar training: increasing of understanding of a problem of operation of child labor and to emphasize importance of access of children to education, as to the key instrument of fight against the worst forms of child labor among workers of an education system.

It is important to note that for participation in a seminar training representatives of the schools located in country massifs and schools in whom children being in group of risk study were invited.

For preparation and carrying out a seminar training was used: «The Management to integration of questions of child labor in plans for education sector» and presentations on slides of Confederation of employers (businessmen) of the Republic of Kazakhstan and ILO was used.

Within training the following subjects were opened:

• Interrelation between child labor and education
• Bases of international policy in education and child labor.
• Social isolation: the barriers facing to working children.
• Differences of the worst forms from of child labor and other types of works.
• Overcoming of barriers: formal and informal education.
• Education system improvement in respect of a solution of the problem of child labor.

Carrying out this seminar demonstrates that employers of Kazakhstan understand importance of the solution problems of child labor and make a huge contribution to combating of the worst forms of child labor.
