September 11-18, 2009 Vice-president of NGO “Sana Sezim”, Shakhnoza Khassanova, participated in the international seminar “The 2nd Coalition Sexual and Bodily Rights in Muslim Societies (CSBR) Sexuality Institute” in Istanbul, Turkey. The seminar was organized by Women for Women’s Human Rights (WWHR) – New Ways. The seminar was attended by members of NGOs, who activities involve protecting sexual rights in Muslim countries. The 2nd CSBR Institute examined the right to sexual education, Sharia and sexuality, and the strategy of the Coalition for sexual relations in Muslim societies.
