Before you say «yes» - call!

Tens of thousands of women now go abroad in search of work. Fortunately the borders are open.
But many are unaware that the road for a lot of money will likely lead to slavery. Victims of traffic are among people from the South Kazakhstan Region. Moreover, law enforcement authorities consider SKO one of the traffic centers of human trafficking. And today – it is the most profitable illegal business. The arms trade comes next. But, of course, it is not profitable for the women themselves, who lose their health and sometimes lives. Therefore, the Legal Center for Women’s Initiatives “Sana Sezim”, with financial support from Commission for the Development of Democracy at the U.S. Embassy, opened a hotline for those who are tempted by advertising and may become victims of trafficking.
“Be vigilant and cautious,” says “Sana Sezim”, “Who has offered you a job abroad and how confident are you in the reliability of this information? First, refer to specialists. We provide advice free of charge and confidential. Call the telephone hotline at 21-61-52 and let us help you avoid becoming another victim of human trafficking!
