   In the Shymkent-based Open University a two-day seminar was held on the theme “Teaching NGO leaders to write social projects”.
   It was conducted by the Legal Center for Women's Initiatives “Sana Sezim”. This seminar was suggested from the need for a regional competition of social projects, which were not large in number. The reason was poor awareness of how to create such plans and how to properly write the draft. Now, after the seminar, which was quite interesting and effective, its organizers hope that the future competitions will attract an increased interest by NGOs.
