A brief dream synopsis

When a goal is clear it is easier to achieve. This is something everyone who has ever tried to achieve something in their life knows. But it is not as easy as it seems at first glance; otherwise, all our dreams would be guaranteed to succeed. This spring women's seminars were held in the city devoted to the topic which has great practical significance: “Writing social projects”.
The seminars were organized by the Legal Center for Women's Initiatives “Sana Sezim” (Director - Hadicha Abysheva), with the support of the department of educational and cultural programs of the U.S. State Department and the International Council for Research and Exchanges Board (IREX). The trainers were psychologists Vera Zakutnyaya and Tatiana Vichko who led the participants (members of NGOs, volunteer social movements) in a creative and competitive atmosphere of “brainstorming”.
During the training the 20 people were divided into four groups. On the first day, theoretical studies were conducted. The participants learned that there are certain criteria for completing the projects, that there should be specified purposes of the project and expected results. The second day was devoted to writing the draft, with the subsequent presentation.
Logically, the question arose of where to get money? These people know that there are a number of charitable foundations. From time to time, they hold project competitions, and the winners of which receive grants. But by and large, those who are looking for them find them. You need confidence to perfect the draft, so to speak, the brief synopsis of your dreams. You can find funding from local sponsors or representatives of the authorities. A first-class project will give you the power and a sense of righteousness, which will not be easy for a potential sponsor to resist.
The seminar provided practical skills and inspired women to not be afraid of starting a new business. Most importantly, the participants left with positive thinking that today is as important as never before.
