Unfulfilled dreams

This story started a year ago, the day Zarina K. graduated from high school and made plans for the future to be a well-known designer. On this day, family members, relatives and friends came to congratulate her. And then she saw him - a handsome and successful businessman. He told stories about travel, interesting and exciting work, and the crazy situations that happened to him. Zarina’s heart was overfilled with love for this new friend. And to this day they have not been separated.
Damir became a frequent and welcome guest in their home. Her parents took him in very warmly, waiting for him to make the offer his hand and heart to their only daughter. And finally, it happened! And parents, Zarina were just happy. As a gift to his girlfriend, Damir invited her to France. He claimed it was necessary to promote its business in Europe, and Zarina was invited to see her long-held dream - to see the capital of fashion and become a student of the famous couture.
Her parents were concerned that she did not take the entrance examination to university first. No persuasions or requests by her relatives could persuade her. She believed in Damir completely, it seemed that from that moment her life was a good and bright tale. Alas! The trip to France by plane, which took several hours have passed, went unnoticed as this was her first flight and first trip abroad. And her first love had appeared.
When they landed, they met a young man who took them to the hotel and was well-spoken in Russian. Damir immediately left, saying that he was going to look for an apartment. Zarina stayed with Karl in the room. An hour later he called, and Karl took her to where she now works. He asked for her passport, which he said he needed to process it at work.
He brought her to a dark place, where it was damp and cold. She was held in a room, which already had three girls. It was closed to the outside by a key. Zarina began to beat on the door and shouted to call Damir, but all was in vain. Then one of the girls with bruises all over her body explained that all attempts to run away are now useless. She spoke broken Russian, because came from Bulgaria. She explained to Zarina that she was sold, not for work, but for the provision of sexual services in a bar.
At first, Zarina refused to go with clients, for it was beaten, and sometimes raped. It was only after she was promised that it would pay for the move to France, for processing visas and documents, for housing, clothing and food that she decided to work off the amount of money he spent on her. The method was the one - to provide sexual services to clients. Thus began her terrible days. Then she went to Turkey when she to pay a small amount she had left, but nightmare started again. Her dreams and hopes for a happy life with each passing day, were overtaken by an indefinite period. Meanwhile, the parents of Zarina unsuspecting assumed that their daughter was happy. One day, Zarina was able to call her parents and send a message that she kept in slavery and that she needed help. Only then the worried parents called the police, began to ask for help from deputies, and came to the Legal Center for Women's Initiatives “Sana Sezim”.
The personnel immediately realized what a difficult moral and psychological situation the parents were in. Based on the experience of similar situations, they sent several messages to for requests for assistance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Turkey, and gave free confidential legal and psychological assistance to parents of Zarina.
Today Zarina is home and she took a course of psychological rehabilitation. She is very grateful that the strangers who did not know her reacted to her situation with understanding, trust and warmth. Now she knows that one can not be trusted without looking. We need to always think about the future and do not forget these hazards.
Her next birthday, she plans to celebrate with a group of her closest people who supported her in difficult moments, and did not leave her alone. Zarina did not abandon her dream to become a fashion designer and has prepared for the exam to the university, and surely will seek this goal. Indeed, she has great parents and hope for good future.
